위상제어 방식으로 입력 전력 범위 내에서 부하의 용량에 특별히구애를 받지 않고 사용할 수 있으며 소형, 경량이므로 이동 설치가 용이하고 조작이 간편합니다.
여러 대를 조합하여 사용함으로 기기 이상시 신속하게 대처할 수 있어 운영 관리가 경제적입니다.
기존의 1차 전력을 사용할 때 발생하는 부하측의 Electric Leak를 Load Sensor에서 감지한 후 전원을 차단하여 제품 및 부하의 손상을 미연에 방지하는 안전 시스템의 채용과 예열 작업 중에 발생하는 용접에 의한 각종 Surge가 열전대 Sensor에 의해 Internal Temperature Controller에 인가되는 것을 차단하는 Input Protector가 내장 되어 있습니다.

By using a phase control method, it can be used without the limitation of load capacity within input power range. The installation and operation are easy due to its compact and light design. The operation management becomes economical since multiple sets are incorporated to use, which makes it easy to correspond in case of malfunction. It has adopted safety system that prevents the damage of product and load by cutting power after sensing the electric leak to the load side which may be occurring in using existing primary power by a load sensor. It also has a bulit-in input protector that prevents various surges, caused by the welding occurring during pre-heating process, from being released to the internal temperature controller by a thermocouple sensor.

In general, thermometer doesn't work properly at the bad surrounding condition. However, it is the improved on which is secured from the noise and surge which may be caused during pre-heating and post welding heat treatment. Specially, it is designed to install and use easily.

일반적으로 열처리 작업시 여러 채널의 제품 온도를 동시에 측정할 때 유도 및 누설 전기가 발생하여 온도 기록계는 정상으로 측정이 어려울 경우가 많습니다.
본 제품은 각 채널의 상호 간섭을 차단하고 Surge 및 Noise로 부터 온도 기록계의 입력 회로를 보호하는 Isolator가 장착되어 있습니다.
또한, 사용자가 디스플레이를 한눈에 알아볼 수 있고 이동 설치가 간편합니다.
In general, it is very difficultto measure temperature when doing heat treatment with mult-channels because of induced current or leakage current at the field. It is secured from mutual interference between channels and isolator is installed in it to protect the recorder from surge and noise.

Portable Temp. Program Controller는 경량으로 이동 설치가 간편하고 1Pattern의 Program과 Analog 방식의 편차조절계를 채택함으로써 사용 방법이 편리하며 Power Regulator(MH-RG60) 6대를 동시에 제어할 수 있습니다.
특히, 각 Channel의 입력 및 출력이 서로 절연되어 있어 Noise에 의한 상호간섭에 강합니다.
